Modular drive through spray treatment kitset includes:

Prefabricated dry-boom nozzle array ready for assembly. Up to 22 high quality low volume spray nozzles with check valves. Self supporting 40mm NB galvanized pipe structure. Spray hose arterial fluid lines supported on structure. Infra red sensors to signal system operation. Optional concrete pad or compacted gravel site suitability. Protected centrally aligned underbody nozzles. Upper system nozzles feature low-drift air induction technology. Lower system nozzle feature finer low volume mist ability. Self-contained pump and storage tank system. Robust single phase jet pump with pressure control. Accurate product flow proportional dose pump. PLC controlled sensor and pump activation program. Flexible interface possibility with pre-existing site monitoring. Dosed product run out and low water warning beacons. Between 10 and 13 litres per truck and trailer application. (Volume subject to product specification at 2% by volume sprayed.
